Last year's fair drew more than 350 parents and children — all there specifically to choose a summer camp. It's the most concentrated audience of camp-shopping Main Line families you'll find all year.
A whole season of leads
Alongside 60+ other camps, you'll answer questions, hand out materials and collect contacts in a few focused hours — no travel between events, no cold outreach.
Listed through December
Your camp appears in the printed booklet every family receives and stays on this website's directory through December 2027, so families can find you long after the doors close.
What your registration includes
- Your tableOne 6 ft table to decorate as you wish, with room for your banners, handouts and giveaways. Need more space? An additional table can be purchased during registration.
- Printed bookletEvery family who walks in receives a booklet listing all participating camps — your program is included at no extra cost.
- Website listingWith your registration, your camp will be included on the Participating Camps directory through December of the year following your camp fair registration. (e.g. register for the January 2027 Camp Fair, and your camp information will remain on the site through December 1, 2027.) Registering for the next year will keep your details listed on the website.

Registration and payment are managed securely on the Devon Elementary School PTO's Website. You do not need to create an account, simply fill out the registration form details and submit — all in one place.

- Who should registerDay, overnight, travel and adventure camps, plus sports clinics, arts and academic programs serving campers roughly ages 2.7–18. If your program serves Main Line families, you belong here.
- Why Devon Elementary's PTO WebsiteVolunteers at the Devon Elementary PTO have run the Main Line Camp Fair for 40 years. The website provided offers a secure, PCI-compliant platform for Camp Fair participants to sign up. The button linked above will open a new window.
- Arrival & setup timePlan to arrive between 4:30 – 5:00 PM for setup.
- Power for displaysYes, we have ample extension cords and power available for all participating camps.
- WiFi availabilityThere is WiFi available, but note that sometimes it can be challenging to get connected. We recommend arriving as close to 4:30 as possible, and requesting support for WiFi connectivity right away.
- Bad weather plansIn the case of snow or dangerous weather, the Camp Organizers will communicate to all camp participants. The snow date is always 1 week after the planned date.
- Beware of list scamsThe Main Line Camp Fair never sells, rents, or shares camp or attendee contact information with any third party. If you receive an email or call offering to sell an "attendee list" or "camp fair contact list," it is a scam and is not affiliated with us in any way — please don't respond or engage, and consider reporting it to the FTC.
